She can fix any serious damage, quietly and undercover and subtly while no one pays attention, but she can't remove his memories. If he could somehow remember how she got him out, or even if he remembers that she had been previously standing next to him, maybe even a little further in on the docks, then it could raise awkward questions that she's not yet ready to answer.
