Anyone who claims that demon can't feel is wrong. Because in that second Meg is scared. Even with her angel blade she knows she can't take on all the hounds single handed. Her eyes widen, fixing on Ellen. First the holy water - even if this Ellen doesn't remember it; and now this? Huh. Ellen's obviously still bitter about the whole Jo getting mauled thing...
Apparently no good deed would ever wash that away.
Meg swallows hard and turns to face the hellhounds. She grips her blade tighter although the handle is as slick with blood as the blade is. She stands firm, holds her ground and fights them off as best as she can.
There are just too many though. Within moments they're upon her, tearing her pretty little meatsuit to shreds; but more than that, they rip through her trueform like it's nothing.
In her final moments she prays. She prays to Cas. But not for help, she knows there's nothing he can do for her. So she prays to say goodbye. 'Cas, baby. I sure hope you have your ears on because I don't have long. I guess a demon doesn't deserve redemption no matter how hard they try. And I guess I never deserved you. Goodbye, Clarence.'
