The Hulk tenses, stepping back and crouching to take whatever fight this springy person might have once he gets close enough, but he recognizes him as soon as he speaks. That's kind of strange for the Hulk, honestly -- recognizing people who recognize him and still want to talk to him before trying to kill him. He doesn't think the Flag Man will go that route either. Weird.

He looks at the prisoner hanging under his arm, clearly unconscious or maybe even dead, and he snarls.
