Mina wanted to point out that, no, she damn well wasn't his to do with as he pleased. But she had to remember herself. As much as her pride was hurting, her corpus would be hurting considerably more if he decided to pick her up and throw her. It wouldn't kill her, most likely. But it would be utterly unpleasant.
