Lucifer, demons, it's a lot to try to stay on top of, even more so considering she's trying to do it subtly. She's trying to think of places that they might not frequent, places that she could set up as safe houses in the event that anyone ever may need it. She doesn't want to get herself on the radar again, so Anna can't have them find out sooner than in said emergency.
She's distracted enough that when he appears, with the wings and the thunder and his presence, her first reaction is just to freeze. Her second is to contemplate running, but it's a bit late for that now. Instead, she just stands as straight as possible, looks around to make sure there's no one else who can see them. She's not having her secret revealed like this, not a chance. When she's sure no one is in close proximity, she gives a short, stiff nod.
