"Apparently someone is dumb enough, though how they think they can control three archangels long-term is beyond me." At least this situation did make Crowley seem like much less of a threat. Crowley could still hurt him, of course, but he was much more concerned about Raphael and Lucifer and he could only hope that Crowley was, too.

"I think Lucifer could seem well-adjusted anywhere. That doesn't mean he won't kill us all without hesitation. As far as I know, he's agreed not to do anything without provocation, but I'm less than inclined to believe him or try to guess at his definition of provocation." He wondered just how much Crowley was sweating it and whether or not he could gain any leverage from that.
