Would you please forgive me? For while I cannot love myself, I'll use something else.
Who: Castiel and OPEN
Where: Near the bar
When: day 47
What: Gettin' drunk, bein' pissy
Warnings: Other than drinking, probably none, but it may depend on the thread.
Castiel had been worried enough about Lucifer and then Crowley when he'd only had Meg to worry about. Now that Dean was back, he was even more concerned. Dean could hold his own against a lot of powerful creatures, but Lucifer was a whole new level and Crowley wasn't exactly easy to pick off. They needed to plan some sort of defensive strategy.
He'd gone looking for Dean in the obvious location. Before, Dean had spent a good deal of his time in the bar and so Castiel had gone there to find him. Finding the bar empty, he had gone for what he recognized to be one of Dean's favored drinks. Surely, he only had to wait and Dean would show up eventually. It was easier than running all over the town where Crowley might spot him. There were easier ways to locate Dean, but maybe Castiel wanted to nurse a little self-pity. Balthazar and Sam were still missing and Dean was... well, he was better, but he was different and he didn't remember. What if they kept making him forget?
Several hours later, he found himself leaving the bar alone. He wasn't as drunk as he'd been in the past, but he would be lying if he said he wasn't feeling it.

He really hadn't meant to say three, though, and he was inclined to blame the alcohol. Gabriel still seemed to want to hide what he was. Perhaps he could distract Crowley from that. "Raphael is also here. I assume you remember him."

"So I'm guessing that's him, Luci and-- who else?" Nope, he hadn't forgotten. He'd only been told about two angels, he wanted to know the other. If he was being trapped here, he wanted to know who he was dealing with.

"I guess you'll just have to find out who else." He wasn't going to be the one to out Gabriel like this. Besides, it was better if he left Crowley guessing.

Because yes, he was still gunning for Cas. And whoever else happened to be in this merry band of freedom fighters. He could only deal with all this calmly for so long. Then the urge to crush them all like ants would set in. "It's a good thing I'm feeling content right now or I might of been more annoyed at your misdirection."

He moved to walk away, but turned back sharply. "You know he blew me into chunks first, don't you? Don't presume to know my family. He likes you even less than I do."

Shrugging in disinterest, he turned to the bar and began eyeing it up. He wasn't here to start a war. Yet. He just wanted to get something down him that didn't taste too cheap. "Your family? Oh please, it's the same as every other family in existence but bigger, holier and more powerful. You're not special, you're typical siblings."
Fighting, blaming parents, fuelled by jealousy - Yep, that was siblings in a nutshell. The amount of deals he'd had to do away with a family member were through the roof.

He started to walk again. Crowley could yell after him or not. Even if Raphael wasn't Castiel's biggest fan, he still had Gabriel and Anna here. Raphael may want Castiel dead, but Castiel knows he wouldn't stand by and watch a demon do it.

If Castiel wanted to bugger off then so be it. He clicked his tongue in amusement and started up towards the bar. "See you around, old friend."
