He waits until Bruce is standing before he gets to his feet, staying close enough that if he needs the extra help to keep standing, Tony’s there to offer it. He’s seen that wobble. He’s ready to catch him if he falls.
“I don’t think it’s as bad as you think,” he offers, sparing the town only the briefest of glances. Bruce takes up most of his attention. But so what else is new?
