Bruce laughs and it's rusty and tired, but a laugh, and then he starts evaluating the trees right along with Tony. Tony might've taken his hand away, but Bruce isn't looking to let him go; he just wanted to be able to look him in the eye to talk to him. In fact, his grip tightens in Tony's shirt so that he doesn't let go of him as he looks over his shoulders to spot good trees.
