"How is a wolf supposed be symbolic for you?" Ned isn't questioning him, he's just curious. "After all, I think mine's kind of obvious." He is still bringing things to life, just in a different way. He thinks he likes this way much better. This way is new and exciting and causes sunflowers that make Jesse's eyes light up, instead of causing dead bodies.
"You're right, though. Wolf is cooler--" Ned trails off, covering his mouth as he yawns. He tries to make it as inconspicuous as possible, but it's a bit of a lost cause. That nap would have been nice. Now that the shock of Jesse's shift back to human is dying down, the tiredness is beginning to creep back into the corners of Ned's mind. "Sorry. You're not boring me, I promise."
Maybe, he thinks, he'll leave his little garden at some point today and prowl the town in search of coffee. Who knows, miracles might happen.
