At this point, he might not have one more minute, if he doesn't push Meyer away. Maybe Meyer's thirst will be quenched, maybe he'll stop feeling so ravenous, but for now, he's like someone who hasn't eaten in two days -- and to be fair, he hasn't. He's gorging himself, completely unable to stop, assured in the fact that since Charlie isn't burning him, isn't shoving him, isn't yelling at him, he can just keep going.
