Oh my God, seriously? He sighs heavily and rolls his eyes as she keeps going because it's not like Dean's unaware of his own freaking life and Cas's place in it. What really sets him off though is the idea that Dean's the one that left Cas alone. That Dean left Cas and so Cas had no one to turn to.
