Dean lifts his eyebrows and blinks a few times.

"I'm sorry; you -- you killed Crowley." He narrows his eyes, making sure he's understanding this right. Cas just up and killed Crowley. It's not like Dean's sad or anything, but he was expecting this moment to be more intense. Also, he was expecting that he'd be the fuck there.

"How? When?"
