Cas is an angel warrior of the Lord, yeah, but he's not that warrior-y towards her, and though Cas would probably be too awkward to know what to do with himself, he doesn't think Cas would be, like, offended or grossed out. Honestly, it makes Dean think of that one time the android on that starship show got a girlfriend and kept calculating the right pressure to kiss her with without crushing her mouth. That would be Cas.
Her saying he was Dean's boyfriend first now is not good timing. He'd actually been doing an okay job of not thinking about what trickster!him did to Cas, how upset he'd been that Cas didn't want to jump his bones, semi-disturbing things like that. And now that he's facing the fact that he's jealous and uncomfortable that Meg loves him too?
...did he just think too?
