Of course he hasn't gotten help, but then a lot of people don't even without having issues like Tony has with asking for help and admitting when he needs it. He's not sure what to think of his other self brushing Tony off like that; he guesses it depends on the kind of relationship they had, and if Bruce didn't remember coming here, he can't be sure how likely he would've been to want to put down roots.

"You could, you know. I have some here. But I really am not that kind of doctor." He smiles softly and leans in to kiss him gently.

"That doesn't mean I don't want to help you or listen to you here, now. I do. And I can try to tell you some strategies to help you manage it, too. I'm not this kind of doctor, but I'm no stranger to needing to deal with overwhelming tides of emotion."
