It's sarcasm, but Finch's expression is tight and the slightest bit offended when Pinkman makes the reference. They're both shaking, he can see it, and Finch would try to help, somehow, if he knew what he could do. But he's already bogged down heavily by - well, what just happened. After that, he's just not eager to touch anything without permission.
