Balthazar knows it's not an all-or-nothing situation. Intimacy, love, sex--they can be intertwined, and frequently they overlap, but two out of three make for a pretty good friendship, all in all. Still, even now it seems strangely like Castiel is slipping away, and Balthazar has no idea how to hold on, what to say to fix it, if it's something that should be fixed, or can be.
