Dean lifts an eyebrow when Cas blames him. If Dean acts cool about it, then it must be cool. Maybe? Right? Cas is blushing, and that's doing something weird to Dean, so he brushes it off and refocuses on what he's trying to do. He would deny that he feels the same way as he did in the dream, mostly to save face. He's handling Cas and Meg like a champ, by which he means he's barely accepted it, but it still pisses him off when he thinks about it.
"Not Bel Air." He was pretty frustrated when that dream ended early, but it's not like he could -- why would he even want to recreate it now? They're both aware of what's going on. That's not something he wants to share.
