As a scientist, Mina would, perhaps, have taken an interest in the subject of Time Lord reproduction. As a person, it wasn't exactly at the top of her list at the moment. Pleasure, however, was ranking rather high up there, especially in the given circumstances.

And for that reason, she chose to ignore his comment about her accent. After all, a woman could not be held responsible for whatever was buzzing around inside of her unconscious.
