harm. The Second Law states that a robot must obey all orders given to it
by a human, unless doing so comes into conflict with the First Law. The
Third Law states that a robot must protect its own existence, except when
doing so comes into conflict with the First and Second Laws." Daneel is
very grave. "If I consider myself equal to a human, it is difficult to
reconcile this with the Laws. It is taking me time. Forcing myself to
think contrary to the Laws is... uncomfortable."
