"Hey yourself." Is his reply as he stands up, giving her a smile. Slowly, yet surely, he's been getting used to having Jo and Ellen around. At least to the point he isn't expecting them to up and vanish, and that's an improvement.

He pushes the hair out of his eyes, chuckling at the mental image her words conjure. It looks a little more Jurassic Park than this place seems to be, but it would be one hell of a hunt to take.

"Definitely ready. Remember, raptors hunt in packs." He's joking, since he doesn't think they'll be running across many of those today. This is really just a scouting trip, trying to get a feel for the area for him. He's ready to take down anything if it can be used for food, though. "Lead the way."
