She glances at Tony before her eyes shift back to Steve. "With your regenerative abilities, it might benefit us most for you to go in the water, and Tony can help lead the search on the town. We haven't found anything underground except for a basement here and there. But it would explain a great deal."

As for Banner's condition, she's fine without advertising it. She won't tell until he's ready for people to know, and even then, she'll follow his lead and nothing more.
