Ruby nodded for a moment before saying anything. "Yeah--yes." The last time something similar had happened, it had been the curse and she hadn't remembered anything. Maybe she just had to keep looking out for a familiar face.

"What is this place? I mean, I heard the company line, but what is it really? A curse?" She walked into the house a little further, touching a side table warily.
