Sharon hears the noise and has her gun drawn and knife out as she heads to the fountain. She sees the pile - and the people - and slows to survey the scene better. Freaking civilians. No logic, no order. Just opening boxes.

Of course, it looks like some of the boxes contain food. These people need food. And they need it before they can risk Stane taking it away.

She raises her voice loudly enough that it can be heard throughout the square. She's had plenty of practice, both as Director and as a field agent trying to be heard over enemy agents. "Anybody need help opening boxes?" She holds up her knife. "I've got a knife."

Stating the obvious, perhaps, but they certainly know she has it now.

"I'd appreciate it if no one took more food than they need. We have to make sure we've got enough for everyone."
