What: So Party Poison is a growing boy with a lot of curiosities and he might be breaking into any houses that look like they don't have anyone living in them! SO IF YOU LIVE ALONE, YOU ARE PROBABLY GOING TO HAVE A SURPRISE VISITOR! Or maybe you're just passing by and see this fella busting into an empty house! Please! Please, come stop him--or help him get in and explore! Some of these attics are hard to crawl into!

Maybe it's a little dangerous to be out, but he kind of likes having the animals out. He's not scared; he's got a good knife from Hawkeye, and let's face it--Party Poison is a fucking animal. Ah, he's just so cool. Thus armed with his bowie, a flashlight, and his inherent coolness, he decides today is another good day for exploring.

And by "exploring", we mean "breaking and entering." The fact is, the library is boring. He hasn't had the patience to read for ages. The bar is excellent, but he doesn't feel like being drunk yet today, the church is a church, and he's already done a mental inventory of the pharmacy. The lighthouse--ah, that's something he'd like to explore. But it's such a walk. It's much easier to scope out these houses, and there are so many to scope out! Look, he's not an idiot: he only picks on the houses with empty windows, the ones he hasn't seen people moving in and out of--

Maybe he can learn something inside, okay?

It's the pursuit of knowledge that brings this skinny, dirty little dude to your doorstep. Don't bother coming to open it. He's pretty deft at popping locks. He'll let himself in.

"Yer name is Party Poison and you think my name is silly? Really, Poison? Really?" Yea, he's smirking away. "Yea, Logan is it. 'Wolverine' works, too. Kinda a code name, but everyone knows who I am, so... dunno why we insist on still using those."

"I didn't say it was silly. A little--a little boring, right?" Another skittering glance to Logan's hands. "I like the other one. Wolverine. Jesus, that is loaded."

"Boring," He echoes with a snort of laughter, shrugging in half agreement, "It is what it is."

"Loaded?" He catches Poison's quick glance down to his hands and can't help himself. "Hey, Bub. My eyes are up here," He says with a teasing lopsided smile. "Where I'm from a lot of humans are starting to be born with a mutated gene. Makes 'em a bit different, gives them... I guess you could call 'em powers."

"Powers. Like knives for hands." He edges around Logan, still tense, but gradually loosening. "Where I'm from, they shoot motherfuckers like you."

"I already told you, they're claws, not knives," He grumbled and raised an eyebrow at Poison's remark.

"Been there, done that. They'd have to try a little harder than a few gunshot wounds," He says with a smirk, "Another handy mutation."

“Bulletproof skin? Claws for knives? Jesus, bite me with that radioactive rabbit. You’re like a superhero, then?”

"Didn't say I had bulletproof skin. I can regenerate, y'know heal, from... well, pretty much anything," He had to smile a little at Poison asking if he was a superhero, it was a word that didn't get thrown around at mutants very often, and at him even less often, and it was kind of nice to hear. "Dunno, kid, I guess it depends on yer point of view."

"Point of view's that you got superpowers." He shrugs. "So unless you're usin'm for evil. What, Wolverine, you aren't a bad, bad man, are ya?"

"Depends on who you ask, kid," He says gruffly; there's obviously some truth behind what he's saying, not just playful banter. "I try not to be an evil man though, if that's what you're asking," He says with a grave sense of seriousness.

He's quiet for a beat, unsure of what to do with that strange bit of truth. He'll tuck it away maybe. Laugh at it for now. "What kinda man you try to be then? Hopefully the forgiving kind, huh?" Both hands gesture towards himself, and he bows a little forward.

"Honorable. Don't worry, kid, yer fine," He says dismissively. "Honestly, thought you were one of them for a minute until I realized how much noise you were makin'," He said with a teasing smirk. "But you never answered me. Did you need a place to stay?"

"No, I got my--I got a place." Shift, shuffle. Trusting people, that's his issue. But this such a small thing! "I got my brother here. So. Just--wanted to see the place. Tourism."

[plaidsamurai]

"Ah. Gotchya. Well, if you go into the woods try to be a little quieter... and try payin' attention. There's other nasties out there 'sides those wolves," He warned.

[gloryisbullshit]

"I'll keep it in mind." Aaaah, and look: he's sidled his way down the stairs. Sneak! "Thanks, by the way. Y'know, for not shishkabobing me."

"No problem, kid. I'm guessing you can find yer own way out?" He says dryly, watching Poison 'sneak' away. It wasn't like he was about to stop him.

"Yeah. I, uh, I got it." Unhindered, he'll just slip the fuck away, but not without a little grin, head ducked. "See you around, superman." A blown kiss, and he's skittering out the door he came in by.
