How is beside the point, at the moment. With her hand in his, Daneel turns to run, letting Lydia run in front of him, his own body between her and the wolf. Whether a wolf that size is a match for robotic strength is a mystery to him, whether he's dreaming or not, but he won't concern himself with that unless it becomes necessary.

There's a nod, and a little bit of trust. Lydia doesn't let his hand go, not wanting to lose the security she's feeling from him, not wanting to get lost in her nightmare again.

She could hear their feet on the grass as they ran, and the loud padding of the feet of the wolf behind them as it chased. Although she didn't quite dare to look she risked a glimpse, seeing it gaining steadily. The wolf was fast - the werewolf was fast, one of their things.

Lydia didn't want to get hurt, not again, but she didn't want him hurt either.
