Lydia hadn't expected the hand, or the friendly-sounding voice that accompanied it. She simply stared up at him for a moment before reaching her own hand out to take his, letting his leverage help as she pushed herself back up.

"I tripped." Although frightened she was - dark and fog was never a combination that kept many nerves at ease. "But I'm okay. Thanks."

He didn't mind helping her up, and glanced over her to make sure she wasn't injured.

"You're welcome. Why were you running?"

[intelligently]

"I don't like the woods." There was more to it, however, and whilst Lydia may ordinarily keep that extra bit to herself, in the dream however it didn't stay quiet.

"There's something in there." The what Lydia doesn't know. It might not even be anything but she ran from something before, and she's running again.

"I'm rather fond of them, but if there is somewhere you'd rather be, we can leave." Raphael had figured this out enough to be comfortable moving about, even if he was uncomfortable dreaming. "Regardless you are safe with me."
