Catch-all Tunnel Log

Who: Raphael and Open
When: Day 121
Where: The tunnels
What: Failing all over the place
Notes: If you want something specific, just let me know.

Stane, some other warning, and then Gabriel had disappeared - Raphael hadn't wasted time in going to Michael and pointing out they needed to go - if it was an escape, then they could retrieve Gabriel.

They just hadn't know the tunnels bore complications.

"I never went into the woods..." She mumbled, but immediately bared her teeth and took a defensive step back when he pulled out a blade of his own, once again holding up her small knife in his direction.

She stayed like that while he continued to empty his jacket, with every passing second the knife lowered a bit more. She still looked on edge, but definitely not about to fight for her life when he handed the coat to her.

"I'm sure your sword also has a lot of unending mercy," She practically snarled as she snapped the coat from his hand. She took another step back, feeling a little safe now that she was farther away from him.

Perhaps to Raphae's dismay, she made quick work of the coat, using her knife to cut it into pieces, two long strands to wrap her feet with, another to wrap a leaking cut on her thigh and two larger pieces that she used to wrap around her chest and hips. She looked like she was dressed up like a skanky mummy ready to go to a costume party, but it was better than walking around like she had been.

She looked down, gritting her teeth as she forced the word out, "Thanks."

She narrowed her eyes at snarky remark about her very forced, very awkward 'thank you'. Not that he wasn't right, Mystique just hated that he'd pointed it out.

She took another step back, the dark starting to creep over her features.

"Good luck. Better watch how you use your light, there's no telling what kind of monsters it might attract down here," She added a dark grin and stepped further into the dark, backing away until she felt safe turning and slipping away.
