it creeps and leaps and glides and slides

Who: Everyone who sees the network post re: the explosion and the impending blob threat!
When: Morning of Day 196. The blob threat and altered personalities have an open-ended date, atm, so people can be dealing with those as they wish!
Where: One of the science labs.
What: The orb causes an explosion of sorts in the lab, which results in two things: 1) some characters act "off," their personalities altering in some way, and 2) there are tiny red blobs (very The Blob-esque) everywhere that are harmless until you get close enough and you realize they want to jump onto your face.

[ The lab is a mess; cabinets and drawers are open, some faucets are dripping, and there's glass and scattered paper and things everywhere. Most troubling, however, are the blobs that like to suffocate people.

Freeze them, contain them in cupboards or whatever intact container you find handy, see if they're afraid of the Bunsen burner, try to use weapons on them -- best to get them cleaned up quickly, though! ]

oh TONY

[ Bruce is handling it well, until Tony's hand is also handling it, and he looks up at Tony, completely distracted from the fact that they're trapping a blob, until Tony counts off for them to re-trap the thing properly. His hand is warm where it rested against Tony's, and Bruce quickly clasps it with his other hand.

Tony has no idea what he's doing; how could he know? Though it's possible someone will tell him; people have been here that long. And what if they just inevitably drift that way on their own again? ]

Um, it's free of charge. [ He stops himself from saying that Tony might have contributed to Bruce appreciating life again, and that's like saving someone, but he doesn't. He looks around at his lab again, full of broken glass and people trapping blobs. ]

From what I saw on the video, I think the orb exploded, which meant that these guys escaped out of the jars they were being kept in.

No regrets!

[Nope, Tony has absolutely no clue, but that's probably for the best right now. For a genius, he can be pretty daft at times, and even more oblivious. But as soon as the signs are a little more visible, or he has more data to go off of, he might just key in like a laser pointer and put it all together. Until then, Bruce will be accidentally goaded by the Stark prodigy.

If someone breaks the news to him before he's started to realise it on his own, it might be akin to a bucket of ice water to the face. A very eye-opening experience.]

Saw the video. Biology's not my thing, so much. Any clue what, exactly, they are? Or is it just safe to say they're unpleasant and lock 'em up?

[As he speaks, his hand is slowly removed from Banner's, looking distractedly off to the left. He manages to eye another lovely little blob drawing nearer than he was comfortable with, and tricks it into an open drawer that he shuts quickly. He casually leans against it with his hip to ensure it stays closed for now, giving Bruce an expectant look, as if his actions were of no concern, he still wanted to know what they were.]

What I mean is; any other way to stop them that you know of?

[It's that look he gets that says he's itching to do something. Give him an idea, and he can make you a new toy to aid in clean up.]
