See, he knows not to be a pest with Kobra Kid. And, yeah, maybe he's had a few instances of teasing when people worry about the guy. He's a big boy! He can take care of himself, and he doesn't need any baby-sitting. Party knows that full well. So he's pretty grateful that no one is in the kitchen with him to see his nerves showing as he waits for his brother to get back home. His knee is bouncing, hands jumping to tear at the napkins on the table and stuff the torn bits in his mouth absently. He just needs something for his energy to do.

Anyway, he doesn't usually worry about the Kid because he constantly knows what Kobra's doing. In this place, it's different. He's not sure where Kobra is or what's in his head anymore and it's starting to make him jumpy. Why isn't he home anyway? This is bullshit. He should be reporting in. He should be home. Where is he?

When Kobra finally arrives, he'll find Party Poison at the kitchen table, surrounded by half-eaten napkins, scratching out a checkerboard on a sheet of paper with a ballpoint pen. Hi.

"Pfft." He untangles himself enough to get a practiced, expert twist on Kobra's nipple through his shirt. These are the gifts of brothers. "No one needs you getting any noiser, Casafuckinova. Y'know civilized society calls'at 'robbing the cradle.'"

Kobra groans and launches himself at Party with a laugh. There's no way the chair isn't toppling over from this. "She's fuckin' eighteen, you ass!" At least, he's pretty sure.

He topples with the chair, laughing and kicking back. "Yeah, I bet! You pick out a tux for prom yet?"

"Prom is lame. Fuck you!" Like he would know. He never got the chance to go to one, but the movies make it look shitty.

He smacks at Party, hard enough to sting, but not to do any real damage.

He yelps and scrambles away, out of swinging distance. "Hey, hey! Lame is whatcha get for goin with a little girl, man. I hope you like tea parties. You like tea, right? Better find you a nice shirt."

But he's done with this topic. Not gonna be able to smile about it much longer, and he's uncomfortable, and he doesn't wanna get smacked again. So: "Hey, hey: you been to the lighthouse? You ever been?"

He does kind of like tea. Daneel made him some a few days ago and it was nice and then they all slept on the couch. Well, Dan probably just watched them sleep, but he's a robot, so why would he sleep?

He shakes his head. "Not yet. It's kinda weird and creepy, right?" So... cool by Kobra's standards.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah." Cool by Party's standards too, if you couldn't tell from his stupid grin. "I wanna go. Issat allowed? You heard anything about it?"

"Since when do you care what's allowed?" Kobra laughs and pounces on Party again.

"Hey! Since I gotta worry about ghouls snatchin me away while I sleep, asshole!" Fucker! He elbows back, tries to squirm and twist away. "You saw they took that kid, man, you saw it! I ain't messin with no ghost!"

"I ain't afraid of no ghost!" He climbs all over Party, sticking him with his bony elbows and starts to sing the Ghostbusters theme loudly and somewhat off-key.

Bony people are never ticklish either, which is bullshit, because Party is ticklish as fuck. So it kind of hurts and kind of cracks him up and kind of makes him mad, but he mostly just works to wrestle Kobra down to the floor between obnoxious beltings of that sweet sweet Ghostbusters guitar part.

Adults. "Surrender!"

"Never!" He wiggles under Party's weight with laughter. "Blow me!" He pulls at Party's hair, the fucker! Biting and scratching is totally allowed with brothers, so he bites at Party's arm.

"Fuck! Jesus, what--?!" Biting? For real? Party just sits on his stomach, yanks his arm away and pushes his hand up against Kobra's face. "Don't fucking eat me, dipshit, what is wrong with you?! Surrender!"

He laughs once he can get enough air and licks Party's hand as it pushes at his face. "I'd say braaaaains, but I think we both know you don't got any."

Please, like he's going to cringe at a little licking. Just hold still, let him--let him pin your hand down, you fantastic shit. What Party lacks in brains, he makes up for with this spectacular ability to work up a good spitwad to dangle over Kobra's ear. This is what you get. Fucking surrender.

Kobra makes a pathetic, whiny noise as Party pushes him down and the spit gets closer. Oh, shit! "Fine! Fine, I surrender! God, you're fuckin' gross!"

Yes! He sucks the spit back in with a fantastic noise, and releases Kobra's face. Hell, he's so nice, he'll even slip of Kobra's stomach to sit on the floor. "You licked me! Don't fuckin challenge me, man, I will gross the fuck outta you, not even a competition!"

"No one would ever question which of us is grosser, you fucker!" He leans up on his elbows with a wide grin. Having his brother here is so fucking awesome. God, he loves his stupid face so much.

Party smirks triumphantly and crosses his legs over Kobra’s stomach, leaning back on his palms. “M’not gross,” He contests mildly, “I’m comfortable with myself. All of myself, even my fluids.” His foot bounces gently.

He asks with more sobriety, after a moment of quiet: “Hey, do you know that kid who got ganked? The one on camera?”

Kobra flops onto his back, looking up at Party. "The really tall guy? I don't. He's just some really, really ridiculously tall dude." He's seen the guy around, of course, but they haven't really talked or whatever.

"Pff. You're a really, really ridiculously tall dude. I just gotta wonder why him, right? Was it random, or--y'know, like maybe we oughta be watchin out for something."

"No idea. Dude was fuckin' covered in blood and shit. I'm steerin' clear until I get all the facts." He shrugs. "Dude's not the only one who's disappeared, either."

"What?" He picks his legs up off Kobra and crosses them underneath himself. "Who else?"

"Oh, I think maybe Doctor Martha's missing and I haven't seen those scary redheads, either. I mean the scarier ones, not Lyds." And hadn't they said the weirdly patriotic dude was gone, too? Shit.

"But no one else gone on the cameras." He hooks his arms around his knees, expression darkening in thought. "And no one else returned?"
