Secrets Are No Fun

When: Day 3, nighttime

Martha's days had been pretty busy setting up clinic space and meeting two new doctors. So busy she'd barely had time to talk to the Doctor much less think about her own stuff. But her nights had not been fun. She'd gotten used to Tom. Sleeping next to him or at least talking to him when he was out of the country. Not having him here, and knowing she didn't have him when she got back home was much worse.
Martha had held back tears the first night. And the second. And she had been doing pretty well on the third until a particularly bad nightmare hit. She woke up with a sore throat (great, she'd been screaming), a tear stained face, and her pillow on the other side of the room.
Her only hope now was that the Doctor had been out doing something rather than in the house.
