What: Bored Leviathan looking for trouble. Balthazar has discovered he can shapeshift, which presents all sorts of fun possibilities if he can keep from ripping anyone open. Thus, he is wandering around in the shapes of the two people he's bitten in the past week: Anna and Chuck (I have player permission for this!). If you'd like to run into him in either form or in his own shape, hit it.

Alternatively, if he gets a taste of another character, he can mimic them, as well. If that's something you would like to squeeze in in the last days of this plot, PM me and we can work something out.
Warnings: Creepiness and mention of gore. I don't really want him to kill anyone, but injuries and terror are on the table, just let me know what's okay.
